Our course menus are generally standardized, but we adjust some menu items based on our guests' preferences and the alcoholic beverages they order, as part of our hospitality.

This course is ideal for first-time visitors. It offers a selection of nigiri made with seasonal ingredients and seasonal dishes, carefully crafted to satisfy all guests. You can enjoy a course that highlights fresh ingredients and our unique techniques.

 

◼︎22,000 yen course

This course offers a menu featuring even more luxurious ingredients. We use special seasonal ingredients and meticulously prepare each dish. For example, you can enjoy seasonal delicacies such as torigai in spring and akagai in winter, presented to allow you to fully savor their flavors.
Sea urchin (uni) is available starting from this course.

This course is perfect for special occasions or entertaining important guests. From June to August, you can enjoy a comparison of purple uni and bafun uni, and from July to October, red uni and bafun uni, as well as natural eel. We offer a diverse menu using the finest ingredients. In addition to 15 to 16 pieces of nigiri, this course includes a rich selection of seasonal ingredients such as sashimi, steamed abalone, and whale tail meat, allowing you to enjoy a wide variety of flavors.
