"Salon" is a rare champagne produced only in years when the highest quality Chardonnay grapes are harvested. This champagne, made with "100% Chardonnay," guarantees both elegance and taste. It's a special, hard-to-find champagne that adds even more splendor to a special dinner. Salon's rich flavor and delicate bubbles harmonize beautifully with the flavors of sushi, providing an exquisite dining experience.

Cristal
"Cristal" is a champagne blended from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.While the composition of grape varieties may vary slightly from year to year, it is generally composed of approximately "60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay." Its gorgeous appearance and refined taste make it perfect for a special meal. Cristal's balanced flavor enhances the delicate taste of sushi, and it pairs exceptionally well with fatty tuna (toro) and rich sea urchin (uni).

Gatinois
"Gatinois" is a champagne made from grapes grown in Grand Cru vineyards, offering high quality at a relatively affordable price.
