Our store does not allow any compromise on materials. The carefully selected abalone is delivered directly from Toyosu Market to the store while maintaining its freshness. This allows us to offer our customers the delicate texture and deep sea flavor unique to abalone in the best possible condition.

At our restaurant, we are also very particular about dishes that use abalone. From the preparation of the abalone to the cooking method, we do not allow any compromise. For example, when it comes to steaming abalone, we take the time to cook it carefully to bring out its texture and flavor to the fullest.
