Fishing for Oma tuna is most active from October to mid-January. During this period, we source carefully selected tuna from Oma. Oma tuna is known for its tender flesh and deep flavor. During other months, we do not specify the origin but carefully select and source the best tuna caught at that time.

Among tuna, the parts particularly known as "tenpane" or "tenten" are the deepest-flavored sections of lean tuna. These parts are close to the bloodline, extremely tender, and rich in flavor, making them the ultimate delicacy for customers who enjoy lean tuna.
